In the studio, our people matter.

This team brings more than music and choreography. They bring community, confidence, and the belief that you can do more than you think.

    ANNIE | instructor

The moment you walk into my class, you enter a space built on community and support. The music is loud and the energy is even louder.
We ride without competition or pressure, just movement, intention, and connection.
You will feel encouraged, inspired, and genuinely seen. Spin is not about how hard you push, it is about how you feel when you walk out.
    Movement. Connection. Confidence.

    Maria| instructor

I am all about creating a space where you can drop the stress and focus on you. As a mom of three, I know how important that hour can be. I grew up dancing, so rhythm and movement are part of who I am. My classes are filled with support, high energy, throwbacks, and the kind of fun that makes the work feel effortless.

    Lyndsay | Instructor

I come from the first responder world, where leading people through intense moments is part of the job. That experience shapes how I teach, with grounded confidence, purposeful choreography, and music that carries you forward. I believe showing up is a win on its own, and my focus is making you feel seen and at home in the room. When I am not teaching I am with my teen sons, riding trails, or off on an adventure.

    Robyn | INSTRUCTOR

I am passionate about helping riders come home to themselves. In my classes I create space for you to feel what you need to feel, shake off stuck energy, and reconnect with your strength. I mix challenge with fun and let the music lead the way so you can settle into the beat and enjoy the ride. My goal is simple. I want you to leave feeling lighter, empowered, and more connected to yourself.
