01. PARK IT
The first step to your ride is simply showing up—and we’ve made it easy. The Wolf Pack offers ample parking spaces, all free of charge, so you can focus on the ride ahead without worrying about finding a spot!

02. CHECK IN
To ensure a smooth experience, we ask that all riders arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. Upon arrival, head to the front desk to check in with our friendly pack. We’ll get you set up with your complimentary cycling shoes, so you’re ready to clip in and crush your ride! Stash your footware and jackets in our cubbies, grab your H2O and we’ll meet you at the bikes.

03. AT THE BIKE
Our instructors are here to make sure your bike is perfectly tailored to you. Before the ride begins, they’ll help adjust your seat height, position, and handlebars to match your specific needs. This ensures your safety and comfort, so you can get the most out of your ride and crush those goals with confidence!

04. TIME TO RIDE
You’re all set—now it’s time to drop in, sweat like crazy, and have the time of your life! For the next 50 minutes, our high-energy class will push your limits, fuel your motivation, and leave you feeling unstoppable. Let the music move you, and enjoy every second of the ride with The Wolf Pack!

 FAQs

  • Memberships

    Memberships automatically renew every 30 days. To cancel your membership, we require a minimum of 14 days’ notice prior to your next billing date.

    Class Passes
    Class passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

    Late Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class will incur a $15 + tax late cancellation fee.
    If you are a pass holder, your class credit will be returned to your account after the fee is charged.

    No-Show Policy
    Failure to attend a booked class without prior cancellation will result in a $10 + tax no-show fee.

    Credit Card Payments & Refunds
    All credit card payments are non-refundable. In cases where a refund is approved, it will be issued as account credit only.

    Respect & Zero Tolerance Policy

    The Wolf Pack Studio is a safe and inclusive space for everyone. We have zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, or any behavior that goes against our core values.

    If a member is found to be in violation of this policy - whether toward staff or fellow clients - their membership will be cancelled and any remaining class passes will be forfeited without refund.

    Exchange Policy
    We want you to love every product you purchase from The Wolf Pack Studio! If you’re not completely satisfied with your item, we’re happy to offer an exchange.

    Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase to initiate an exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

    We do not offer refunds - exchanges only.
    All sale items and accessories (such as water bottles, socks, and hats) are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

  • When it comes to cycling shoes, we’ve got you covered—on the house, every ride. Our shoes clip into the pedals, giving you a safer, smoother, and more powerful ride with The Wolf Pack. Prefer to bring your own? Our bikes are compatible with SPD cleats, so you’re always ready to clip in and crush it!

  • Wear anything you're comfortable sweating in! We recommend a breathable tank or tee and fitted bottoms like leggings or bike shorts to keep you moving freely during the ride. The most important thing is that you feel good!

  • We sure do! We provide a filtered water bottle filling station to keep your hydration levels at an all time high.

  • We totally get that things happen, but to keep the experience safe and smooth for everyone, we lock the doors right when class starts. Unfortunately, that means we can’t let anyone in once the ride begins. That’s why it’s super important to arrive at least 10 minutes early to get checked in and set up—so you don’t miss a beat.
